Billing Model Overview

Billing (PBM) is built around billing subscriptions on one side and usage events with aggregation on the other. Both paths converge at billing transactions, which link subscription activity to invoice generation. Understanding how these pieces fit together is the key to understanding how Raytio handles recurring and metered billing.

External Relationships Data Model Overview

The XRM data model is built around merchants - business entities that extend the platform's party model - with supporting records for classification, geographic presence, product catalogues, and external system integration. Understanding how these relate is the key to understanding how Raytio's merchant management works.

FAR Data Model Overview

The FAR data model is built around three core areas — Customers, Transactions, and Receipts — with supporting entities for payment terms, customer sites, and authentication. Understanding how these relate is the key to understanding how Raytio tracks accounts receivable.

Foundation Data Model Overview

Foundation (FND) is the module that provides shared services consumed by every other module in the platform. It owns no business domain of its own; instead it supplies the infrastructure and starter data that domain modules depend on.

FXM Overview

Funds Transfer Management (FXM) manages payment processing, externally connected funds accounts, balances, and transaction information within the Raytio platform.

GPM Data Model Overview

The GPM data model is built around a single master item catalogue connected to four supporting concepts — categories and hierarchies, attributes and values, relationships, and actions (CTAs). Understanding how these relate is the key to understanding how Raytio's product catalogue works.

PCM Data Model Overview

The PCM data model is built around four core concepts — Price Lists, Prices, Price List Rules, and Price List Parties — that work together to support flexible, multi-context pricing across the Raytio platform.

PPM Data Model Overview

The PPM data model is built around four core concepts — Projects, Work Items, Milestones, and Baselines — with work items connected to each other through parent–child hierarchy, links, and dependencies. Understanding how these relate is the key to understanding how Raytio's project tracking works.

PRM Data Model Overview

The PRM data model is built around three core concepts — Parties, Locations, and Brands — connected through a set of associations that capture how business entities relate to each other, where they operate, how to reach them, and which brands they carry. Understanding these relationships is the key to understanding how Raytio models the real-world business landscape.

Projects

A Project is the top-level organisational unit in the PPM module. Work items can be grouped under a project, though this is optional — standalone and cross-project work items are also supported. Each project carries its own metadata, membership, and configuration.
